Greg Para

District 72 candidate for the Florida House of Representatives, is a recently returned Afghanistan War veteran.  He is currently employed as the coordinator for the Florida 12th Judicial Circuit Courts Assisting Veterans program.  A former enlisted man, he also continues to serve as a commissioned officer (LT) in the U.S. Navy Reserve.

Priority #1

Women’s Equality

I intend on fighting to insure Equal Pay, Protections from Violence, and ability to make your own medical decisions with your doctor. “Your body is none of our business” (NO COST TO TAXPAYER)

Priority #2

Jobs

Simple Tax Reform: I intend on fighting to reform the capital equipment tax and rent/lease tax we charge manufacturers to conform to IRS rules not Florida rules which will allow us to attract more high paying jobs and make us more competitive. (NO COST TO TAXPAYER)

Priority #3

Veterans

I intend on fighting to get the existing statute funded that would place a Veterans Advocate in all 20 Judicial Circuits to insure our Veterans receive diversion care instead of incarceration.
